A complication is defined as any objective negative consequence of surgery, of any severity, excluding subjective aesthetic dissatisfaction and elective touch-ups. Frequencies below are calculated as post-operative cases over procedures performed (2020–2024). Percentages shown are per-complication incidence, not the global per-procedure complication rate. A revision is a second surgical intervention performed to refine an outcome; revision rates use a five-year follow-up window (current cohort 2020–2024, each case with at least one full year of post-operative follow-up).
